Nikolas Ramirez is a high school engineering and science teacher with a passion for preparing students for careers in STEM through hands-on, real-world learning. Before entering education, he served in the United States Air Force in the armament field, where he developed expertise in aircraft weapons systems, precision, and mission readiness.

Following his military service, he worked as a J85 jet engine mechanic, maintaining and troubleshooting turbine engines while gaining extensive experience in aviation maintenance and mechanical systems. These experiences provided him with a strong technical foundation that he now brings into the classroom.

Today, he combines his military discipline, engineering knowledge, and industry experience to inspire students to think critically, solve complex problems, and develop the skills needed for success in engineering, science, and technical careers. His goal is to make learning engaging, relevant, and connected to real-world applications while fostering curiosity, innovation, and confidence in every student.
